COLLECTION TRAMIER

Louis Tramier, created his Maison in 1842. He established himself in Mercurey, a long-standing reputable wine city and acquired both a promising vineyard and one of Mercurey's finest cellars. Over the generations his descendants have been eager to expand and improve the family estate with prestigious parcels of Musigny, Clos de Vougeot and other well-known Burgundy names.

Still produced in the estate's original buildings overlooking the Mercurey vineyard, Maison Tramier’s wines mature in vaulted cellars dating from 1830. They are the only Mercurey cellars to be entirely built in the rock face, thereby ensuring a constant temperature and exceptional aging conditions for all vintages.

COMTE DE GRASSE 44N GIN

Named for the geographic coordinates of Grasse, 44°N’s tasting notes read like a who’s who of local botanicals set to the full spectrum dreamscape of the South of France.

44°N is the place where the verge of the Cote d’Azur rubs up against the cultural heritage of perfume creation. 44°N gin encapsulates the exquisite energy and flavour of the French Riviera, where bitter orange, cade, mimosa, centifolia and immortelle are distilled by combining modern gin distilling methods with cutting edge perfume extraction technology.

Comte de Grasse is born of a crazy desire to create sustainable luxury spirits by redefining the process, a melting pot of vision, extreme passion and a hard-headed insistence on sustainability.

What was once an abandoned perfume distillery has been repurposed into a lab distillery, while holding dear to the heritage of the original structure. They are out to make something different. Spirits that embrace tradition but come from a more cutting edge. They are scientists, yet also poets. The poetry matters. And they find that Grasse’s age-old perfume distilling techniques meld beautifully with an innovative way of making spirits

GARDEN GROWN GIN

Garden Grown Gin is quite possibly the most Sydney gin ever. The garden is their muse and the Original Garden Grown Gin is the essence of a classic Sydney garden in the height of Summer, quite literally. Every botanical is grown in their Erina garden (except for the juniper, which is sourced from Macedonia).

Murraya is the unexpected botanical and delivers an elegant jasmine note to the gin. Master Distiller, Frank Moore uses the centuries old perfume making technique of enfleurage to capture the subtle essence of this beautiful botanical. The more subtle botanicals are chamomile, Duchess de Brabant Rose, sage, angelica and orris. Each botanical is individually distilled using column and pot stills and finally combined by hand to produce the final blend.

Each year, Garden Grown Gin collaborates with a Botanical Garden to create a unique limited gin to promote awareness and give back to the plants. Garden Grown Gin donates money back to the Botanical Garden for conservation.

KOVAL

Established in 2008, KOVAL produces organic whiskey, gin and specialty spirits in Chicago's first distillery since the prohibition in the mid-1800s. Founders Robert and Sonat Birnecker, chose to leave their academic careers to bring the distilling traditions of Robert’s Austrian family to America. In making this decision, they vowed to make organic spirits from scratch (avoiding the common industry practice of purchasing and bottling pre-made spirits) and to change the way people understand whiskey by creating a new, signature style - using only the “heart” cut of the distillate - affording a brighter, cleaner take on whiskey.

Embracing the grain-to-bottle mentality, each step of the spirit-making process is thoughtfully monitored: beginning with contracting local farmers to grow the grain, to on-site milling and mashing, to finally distilling, bottling, and packaging. After numerous international awards and Robert at the helm of consulting for the burgeoning craft industry, KOVAL has grown to be one of America’s leading small batch, independent spirit manufacturers.

FLUÈRE NON-ALCOHOL SPIRIT

FLUÈRE is a luxurious drink for everyone who wants to live a more mindful life and at the same time refuses to compromise on anything. With FLUÈRE mocktails, low-alcoholic cocktails and non-alcoholic long drinks these “experience maximisers” make a bright and adventurous choice.

FLUÈRE is the Latin word for “flow / flowing”. Flow links directly to the distilled liquid and the design of the bottle that flows like a river; indirectly and a bit more subtle, flow refers to the state of mind you want to be in at any social event. FLUÈRE is a “spirito non-alcolico”. A piece of art made with the same distilling techniques used by perfume houses to create their high-end scents. FLUÈRE bursts with botanicals that issue a complex yet balanced taste and ensure a unique after-bite that normally only alcoholic drinks have.
