Ingredients: 22 apple varieties, mainly bitter sweet and sharp apples.
Maide in Normandy, France
Alcohol: 5.5% Vol
Volume: 330mL & 750mL
This high quality hand-crafted cider is produced in the heart of Normandy, near the historic Château de Sassy. The recipe, inherited from the traditional style of the Château, is based on a meticulous selection of more than 20 varieties of hand-picked apples.
The artisanal fruit-pressing technique ensures that the astringency from the seeds does not affect the flavour of the cider.
It is then fermented and filtered in a way that the natural sugars are preserved and bottled to give it a rich, complex flavour.
The SASSY Apple Cider shows a perfect balance between the dry of a dry cider, and the fruitiness of a semi-dried cider.
Characterised by an aromatic complexity and delicacy, this cider, served at 8°, is perfect for an aperitif or to be paired with meat, cheese or an apple dessert.
