Only the “heart cut” of the distillate, no “heads” or “tails.” Grains sourced from a local organic farmer collective in the Midwest Region, USA.

✔ Mouth: remarkably well-balanced, its opening is packed full of freshness. Then, caramel, all spice, mellow, creamy and slightly sweet.
